Lift provides small group client focused, strength coaching for women. At Lift, our highest priority is providing a safe, fun & non-intimidating environment for you. Cambridge’s only Small Group Training provider Lift, specialises in supporting women through their Peri/Menopause transition - women of all ages are welcome though.
